Overview
Our refund and returns policy typically last 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will typically be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will usually be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items for free if they are defective or damaged or if we sent you the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@pal-mar.com and we will provide a free shipping label for the return.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
